- a) The subject of the contract is a service consisting in the replacement of street lighting devices in the Krakow commune,
b) The order is divided into 13 parts:
Part 1 - District IV,
Part 2 - District V,
Part 3 - District VII,
Part 4 - District VIII,
Part 5 - District IX,
Part 6 - District X,
Part 7 - District XI,
Part 8 - District XII,
Part 9 - District XIII,
Part 10 - District XV,
Part 11 - District XVI,
Part 12 - District XVII,
Part 13 - District XI Civic Budget.
c) The contracting authority described the subject of the contract using the following attachments:
- designed contract provisions (PPU) - Annex 2 (for each part of the order, respectively),
- material scope with attachments - Annex 6 (for each part of the order, respectively),
- price table - Annex 7 (for each part of the order, respectively),
d) required warranty period for those listed Street lighting fixtures:
The maximum warranty period is 180 months. Offers containing the warranty period shorter than 120 months will be rejected,
e) the required warranty period for the work is 5 years,
f) in the event of any Annex to SWZ manufacturer's names, trademarks, standards, approval, technical specifications and reference systems. Products can be replaced by equivalent.
