Description:
1. The subject of the construction project is to replace the surface of exits and access roads to the property and the roadsides within the road right-of-way with a grid of TTE lawns with infill in the Michaowice Commune: along Spacerowa Street in Michaowice (Task I) on an area of approximately 1,470.5 m2, along Spacerowa Street in the town of Komorw (Task II) on an area of approximately 273.2 m2, along the Aleja Starych Lip street in the town of Komorw (Task III) on an area of approximately 134.2 m2.2. As part of the works covered by the order, the Contractor will perform: 1) preparatory works, 2) mechanical dismantling of the surface, 3) earthworks, 4) works construction, including foundations and lawn grid surfaces, 5) renovation in connection with the existing surface, including rearranging edges, moving curbs, 6) finishing works, restoration of green areas.3. The full scope of the Subject of the order is specified in the design documentation Appendix No. 4 to these proceedings, including: bill of quantities, detailed design, STWIOR.
