The subject of the contract is:
1.1 Replacement of thermal insulation on the overhead network in Koronowo (towards the K-20 chamber)
1.2 scope of work
The subject of the task is to replace thermal insulation with protective coatings on the 2xDN200 overhead heat network (range marked on the map - Annex No. 7 to SWZ), taking place in the form of one of the (selected) technologies used (selected) taking into account the nature of isolated elements, i.e.
a) For straight sections of the pipeline should be made by:
Increasing the curtain coat made of steel sheet metal and then filling the space between a steel pipe and curtain polyurethane foam produced by a foam aggregate or
Omontage of PUR foam shells and then a galvanized steel sheet coat in an unrestricted or
Omontage of prefabricated insulation shells made of PUR foam, combined with a sheet metal coat galvanized steel constituting a prefabricated insulation system or
Omontoration of mineral wool mat, with unilateral hem with a galvanized steel wire mesh and covering on the side of the mesh with a veil made of diffused fibers, followed by a curtain coat made of galvanized sheet strengthening the steel coat by installing additional sheet sheets with gr. 2mm, bent in the shape of a coat and mounted directly under the right casing coat in the upper parts of the pipeline.
