Description:
1. The subject of the Order is the service of Replacement of VOC electricity meters in 2024/2025 in the Białystok Branch of PGE Dystrybucja S.A.
2. A detailed description of the subject of the Order is attached as Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ
3. The Ordering Party requires employment under an employment contract by the Contractorcontractor or subcontractor of persons performing the activities specified in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ during the execution of the order. The method of verifying the employment of these people and the Employer's rights to control the Contractor's compliance with the requirements related to the employment of these people and the sanctions related to themThe reasons for failure to meet these requirements are included in the draft provisions of the Agreement, constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ
4. Applies to parts no. 1-6: The Ordering Party reserves the right to invalidate the public procurement procedure if the public funds it intended to allocate to financenot all/part of the order will not be awarded. The Ordering Party informs that in accordance with Art. 257 of the Public Procurement Law, the possibility of invalidating the Procedure on this basis was provided for in the contract notice.
