The subject of the fall is a renovation of the exchange of external window and door joinery in the administrative and social building BIO STAR Sp. z o.o. at ul. Bogusawa IV 15 in Stargard, Dziaka No. 463 Obrb 10 cities of Stargard, at ul. Prince Bogusawa IV 15, according to the project by TTA S.c.j.tybikowski, K. TROSCZYSKA Architekci with headquarters in Stargard at ul. Czarnieckiego 30/31 lok. 102 and technical documentation of cost estimates and a revision of a construction project from July 2025. The scope includes: 1) disassembly of existing windows and external doors in accordance with Fig. A 06-T from the revision; 2) new assembly windows and doors with technical parameters in accordance with the current construction law and standards, in accordance with Fig. A 06-T from the revision; 3) local adjustment of window openings, unreal change of changes in the function of the building and its volume in accordance with the construction and architectural drawings of the revision. 4) plastering and painting of the pitty with window and door openings; 5) painting the ceilings in three rooms. 6) Renovation of the server room room 7) Disassembly of radiators with handles, radiator valves and in the event of the need for pipes stuck to radiators (on the ground floor 14 pcs.
