Brief description of the subject of the order: 1. The subject of the order is a service including comprehensive replacement of battery sets in three Galaxy 7000 UPSs, in accordance with the requirements of the Technical and Operational Documentation. The UPSs are located in the Ordering Party's buildings at ul. Nawojki 11A in Krakow., Detailed description of the itemthe order is specified in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ Description of the Subject of the Order., , General requirements for the order, 1. The delivered consumables to be replaced must be brand new, i.e. unused before the date of delivery, excluding use necessary to carry out tests of correct operation. 2. The delivered elements must come from the manufacturer's authorized distribution channels, ensuring in particular the implementation of warranty rights. Warranty requirements.
