Description:
The subject of the order includes the comprehensive implementation by the Contractor of the investment titled: Replacement of carpet in the office rooms in the PFSA building at ul. Niedwiedzia 6E in Warsaw The detailed scope of construction works is specified in the Design Documentation. The design documentation consists of the Detailed Design, STWIORB and bill of quantities. The Contractor undertakes to the Ordering Party to execute and hand over to the Ordering Party the Subject of the Agreement, performed in accordance with: 1) the provisions of the Agreement; 2) Executive design; 3) STWiORB; 4) applicable regulations, including standards, principles of the best technical knowledge and construction practice. A detailed description of the subject of the order can be found in Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ (Draft contract with annexes, Detailed description and method of implementation the order was described in the draft contract (constituting Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ).
