Payment method: Bank transfer; Payment deadline: min. 30 daysThe price includes the cost of a new engine and its replacement modification of a design defect in the engine drains. The Ordering Party allows the service to be performed in an external workshop indicated by the Contractor located in the Silesian Voivodeship - in such a case, the Ordering Party undertakes to carry out the service at its own expense. deliver the transport equipment constituting the subject of the contract to the workshop indicated by the Contractor. The Ordering Party allows the possibility of providing the service in question by the Contractor having its registered office outside the Silesian Voivodeship, however, the implementation the services should be provided at a service point located in the Silesian Voivodeship - in such a case, the Ordering Party undertakes, at its own expense, to deliver the transport equipment constituting the subject of the contract to the location indicated by workshop contractor.
