Description:
1. The contract award procedure is conducted as an open tender based on the "Procedure for awarding orders by PKP S.A.", adopted by Resolution No. 550 of the Management Board of PKP S.A. of August 1, 2023 (the provisions of the Public Procurement Law do not apply).2. Type of order: construction work.3. The subject of the order is the replacement of lighting with LED in buildings (13 locations) in OGN Poznań, divided into 13 Tasks.4. The proceedings covered by this SWZ are marked with the symbol: KFZ/2025/WNP-018567. Contractors are obliged to appoint refer to the above-mentioned designation in all contacts with the Ordering Party.5. Each Contractor may submit only one offer prepared in accordance with the requirements specified in the SWZ in electronic form.6. The Ordering Party allows the possibility of submitting partial offers. The Ordering Party does not allow for this possibility submitting partial offers under one Task.7. The Ordering Party does not require a deposit. 8.
