- The subject of this order are construction works related to the implementation of the task titled: Replacement of the roof covering and insulation of the roof as part of the task called Modernization of the roof of the building of the Children's Home and Social Welfare Home in Liskowo. Dismantling the existing balustrade placed on the surface flat roof of the building of the Social Welfare Home.1. The detailed scope of works is specified in the offer cost estimate (Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ) and the design documentation (Appendix No. 8 to the SWZ). The order will include replacing the roof covering and laying a new layer of top felt felt in a two-layer system. on the roof of the Orphanage building, including the replacement of lightning protection system supports, replacement of unusable gutters, and reconstruction of two downpipe risers. Execution of sheet metal and roofing flashings, removal of balustrades on the flat parts of the roof. Dismantling of the roof covering from unsuitable sheet metal. ready for use. Plastering of chimneys with external plasters, category IV. Thermal and sound insulation made of horizontal, dry-laid mineral wool boards, 15 cm + 5 cm thick.2.
