Polska Wytwórnia Papierów Wartościowych S.A. invites you to submit an offer in the tender procedure for the replacement of a split air conditioner in the room. 1H27 for a new device along with replacement of the refrigeration installation and preparation of as-built documentation at the PWPW facility ARE. at ul. Sanguszki 1 in Warsaw, according to the following Specification and description of the scope of work specified in Annex No. 1 to the inquiry. The person conducting the tender procedure and authorized in formal matters is Sebastian Wrzecion. The procedure consists of important steps: 1. On-site visit (obligatory) - after signing a confidentiality agreement - Appendix No. 32. Initial price offer according to the template of the Offer Form - Appendix No. 2.3. Additional technical and organizational arrangements (if necessary).4. Final price offer.5. Selection and approval of the Contractor - awarding the Order. Specification of the terms of the Order: 1. The place of execution of the order is the PWPWS.A. facility at ul. Romana Sanguszki 1 in Warsaw. 2. The ordering party requires the contractor to implement order as soon as possible. 3. The criterion for selecting an offer that meets the requirements specified by the Ordering Party is the lowest price 80%, lead time 20%. 4. No tender deposit is required. 5. The Ordering Party requires the Contractor to carrying out works at the Ordering Party's facilities, presenting a third party liability insurance policy in accordance with the guidelines set out in Annex No. 4 to the inquiry. 6.
