- POLREGIO S.A. invites Contractors with knowledge and experience in the subject of the order to submit price information for the supply of: 1. AdBlue liquid/ NOXy water solution of urea 32.5% - 12 barrels (barrel - 209 l). This inquiry constitutes an offer in within the meaning of the Civil Code. Requirements for the Contractor: 1) preparation in accordance with the technical specifications of ISO 22241-1/-2/-3/-4, used for the SCR system. 2) The Ordering Party does not have plastic tanks for storing and dispensing the liquid directly to vehicles.3) Unit of measurement: liter.4) AdBlue in packages of 209 l.5) Before delivery, the Contractor will provide a quality certificate for the offered product.6) The subject of the order will be delivered to the following address: Kostrzyn n/OrΔ (66-470), ul. Sportowa 1.7) Delivery documents: The AdBlue supplier will leave a delivery document confirming the quantity of the delivered product each time it is delivered to the added location. 8) Transport at the Contractor's expense and risk. 9) Deadline: delivery of the ordered product must take place within 5 business days from the date of placing the order.10) Deliveries are accepted on working days from 07:00 to 13:0011) The warranty period is a minimum of 12 months from the date of delivery. If defects are detected in the delivered subject of the order, the Contractor is obliged to: replacing the defective item with a defect-free one, at your own expense, within 5 business days from the date of filing the complaint.
