POLREGIO S.A. invites all Contractors with knowledge and experience in the subject of the order to submit price information for the purchase of: LNUX19194013 cutting insert - 100 pieces. Please specify the order completion date. Conditions: - delivery cost on the Contractor's side, - payment PLN 30 days from the date of receipt of a correctly prepared invoice. One-time delivery at the Supplier's expense. Place of delivery: Rolling Stock Maintenance Section - WAREHOUSENul. Przemysłowa 134-200 SUCHA BESKIDZKA It is hereby informed that in accordance with: a) Art. 7 section 1 of the Act of April 13, 2022 on special solutions in the field of counteracting support for aggression against Ukraine and protecting national security (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 835), b) Art. 5k of Council Regulation (EU) No. 833/2014 of 31 July 2014 concerning restrictive measures in connection with Russia's actions destabilizing the situation in Ukraine (Journal of Laws EU Law No. L 229 of 31/07/2014, page 1). The contractor selected to perform the order will be obliged to submit a Declaration on the lack of grounds for exclusion - the Declaration template is available in the Attachments folder. The Ordering Party reserves: - the right to invalidate the procedure at any time. at this stage (without selecting offers) without giving a reason, - the possibility of changing the conditions of the inquiry for price information before the deadline for submitting offers.
