POLREGIO S.A. invites Contractors with knowledge and experience in the subject of the order to submit price information for the provision of physical protection services for persons and property - railway vehicles at group F of the Wrocław Główny station. Contact person: Krzysztof Siejek tel. 691 994 855. This inquiry does not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Civil Code. Please be informed that in accordance with: a) Art. 7 section 1 of the Act of 13 April 2022 on special solutions for counteracting support for aggression in Ukraine and serving to protect national security (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 835), b) Art. 5k of Council Regulation (EU) No. 833/2014 of 31 July 2014 concerning restrictive measures in connection with Russia's actions destabilizing the situation in Ukraine (Journal of Laws UE No. L 229 of 31/07/2014, page 1). The contractor selected to complete the order will be obliged to submit a Declaration on the lack of grounds for exclusion. The Ordering Party reserves: - the right to invalidate the Request for price information at any time. at its stage (without selecting offers) without giving a reason, - possibility of changing the conditions of the inquiry for price information before the deadline for submitting offers.
