POLREGIO S.A. The Małopolska Plant in Krakow invites Contractors with knowledge and experience in the subject of the order to submit price information regarding the purchase of 198 mobile phones - smartphones for business purposes, along with accessories. Details of the offer can be found in the OPZ.*Please submitting price information including a payment deadline of 30 days from the date of delivery of a correctly issued invoice. * The next stage of the proceedings will be negotiations. * Completion deadline 14 days from the conclusion of the contract. This inquiry does not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Civil Code. In the "Appendices" tab you will find: - Description of the subject of the order - Contractor's declaration - GDPR information clause. It is hereby informed that in accordance with: a) Art. 7 section 1 of the Act of April 13, 2022 on special solutions for counteracting support for aggression against Ukraine and for protecting security national (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 835), b) Art. 5k of Council Regulation (EU) No. 833/2014 of 31 July 2014 concerning restrictive measures in connection with Russia's actions destabilizing the situation in Ukraine (OJ EU No. L 229 of 31/07/2014, p. 1). The contractor who will be selected for implementation order will be obliged to submit a Declaration on the lack of grounds for exclusion - the Declaration template is available in the Attachments folder.
