Detailed information regarding the subject of the order can be found in the annex "Detailed description of the subject of the order", and descriptions of the buildings can be found in the file "List of buildings for thermal modernization". It is hereby informed that in accordance with: a) Article 7(1) of the Act of 13 April 2022 on special solutions for counteracting support for aggression against Ukraine and for the protection of national security (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 835),b) art. 5k of Council Regulation (EU) No. 833/2014 of 31 July 2014 regarding restrictive measures in connection with Russia's actions destabilizing the situation in Ukraine (OJ EU No. L 229 of 31/07/2014, p. 1). The contractor to be selected for execution of the order will be obliged to submit a Declaration on the lack of grounds for exclusion - the Declaration template can be found in the Attachments folder.
