Paczkowska 26 (gray container)50-503 WrocΕawThis inquiry does not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Civil Code. The Ordering Party reserves: - the right to invalidate the procedure at any time at this stage (without selecting offers) without giving a reason, - the possibility of changing the conditions of the inquiry for price information before the deadline for submitting offers. Please be informed that in accordance with: a) Art. 7 section 1 of the Act of April 13, 2022 on special countermeasure solutions supporting aggression against Ukraine and serving to protect national security (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 835), b) Art. 5k of Council Regulation (EU) No. 833/2014 of 31 July 2014 concerning restrictive measures in connection with actions by Russia destabilizing the situation in Ukraine (OJ EU No. L 229, 31/07/2014, p. 1) The contractor selected to perform the order will be obliged to submit a Declaration on the lack of grounds for exclusion.
