- Subject of the proceedings: Cleaning of one three-unit railway vehicle of the EN57ALd series serving trains on the CheΕm - Warszawa Zachodnia route: 1) Cleaning of one three-unit railway vehicle of the EN57ALd series serving trains on the CheΕm - Warszawa Zachodnia route in accordance with OPZ - 1 service. Subject requirements: 1. Place of service: Warsaw.2. Payment terms: 30 days from the date of invoice delivery. If the invoice is delivered after the order completion date, the deadline of 30 days will be counted from the date of delivery of the invoice to the ordering party, and in the case of delivery of the invoice before the order is completed, the deadline will be counted from the date of order execution.3. Supplies, hygiene products and tools needed for cleaning is provided by the Contractor.4. You can choose from variant 1 of the 3 proposed by the Ordering Party (in the OPZ document) - please submit a quote for one variant of your choice. Additional provisions: 1. The contractor undertakes to pay the ordering party (POLREGIO S.A.) contractual penalty: a) 30% of the value for improper performance of the service; b) 100% for failure to perform the cleaning service.2.
