- Subject of the proceedings: Pantograph support insulator for EN57ALd vehicles: 1) IWD-02 pantograph support insulator for EN57ALd vehicles - 50 pcs. Subject requirements: 1. Desired completion date: 30 calendar days.2. Transport towaru na koszt i ryzyko Seller, to the registered office of the ordering party (POLREGIO S.A. Rolling Stock Maintenance Section in ΕukΓ³w, ul. Kolejowa 22, 21-400 ΕukΓ³w).3. Payment terms: 30 days from the date of invoice delivery. If the invoice is delivered after the order completion date, the deadline is 30 days will be counted from the date of delivery of the invoice to the ordering party, and if the invoice is delivered before the order is completed, the deadline will be counted from the date of order completion.4. A statement from the Seller that the delivered goods are brand new and free from disadvantages.5. Required warranty is 12 months from the date of delivery to the ordering party (POLREGIO S.A.).6. Acceptance certificate required 3.1.7. Equivalent products are allowed (but such information must be provided by the Seller - preferably in the tab questions/information and on the offer - in the attachments tab).8. The offered products must comply with the DSU and DTR of EN57ALd series vehicles and be approved for rolling stock.9. Delivery of goods with protective packaging is required.10.
