Description:
Subject of the proceedings: Radiator fan for the SA134-028 vehicle: 1) Radiator fan (ZIEHL-ABEGG 26.5V/0.35A 2840 rpm) for the SA134-028 vehicle - 10 pcs. Subject requirements: 1. Desired completion date: 30 calendar days.2. Transport of goods on cost and risk of the Seller, to the headquarters of the ordering party (POLREGIO S.A. Rolling Stock Maintenance Section in Lublin, ul. Gazowa 6, 20-406 Lublin).3. Payment terms: 30 days from the date of invoice delivery. If an invoice is delivered after the order completion date, the 30-day period will be counted from the date of delivery of the invoice to the ordering party, and if the invoice is delivered before the order is completed, the deadline will be counted from the date of order execution.4. A statement from the Seller that the goods delivered are factory-made new and free from defects.5. Required warranty is 12 months from the date of delivery to the ordering party (POLREGIO S.A.).6. Acceptance certificate required 3.1.7. Equivalent products are allowed (but such information must be provided by the Seller - preferably in the tab questions/information and on the offer - in the attachments tab).8. The offered products must comply with the DSU and DTR of SA134 series vehicles and have approval for rolling stock.9. Delivery of goods with protective packaging is required.10.
