(which consists of): a) Connecting front spoiler (36WEb 038400-1-00) for the EN98A (001-009) vehicle - 1 pc. b) Right spoiler (36WEb 038600-1-00) for the EN98A (001-009) vehicle - 1 pc. c) Left spoiler (36WEb 038500-1-00) for the EN98A (001-009) vehicle - 1 pc.d) Left side spoiler (36WEb 038200-1-00) for the EN98A (001-009) vehicle - 1 pc.e) Right side spoiler (36WEb 038300-1-00) for the vehicle EN98A (001-009) - 1 pc. Subject requirements: 1. Desired completion date: 30 calendar days.2. Transport goods at the expense and risk of the Seller, to the registered office of the ordering party (POLREGIO S.A. Rolling Stock Maintenance Section in Łukow, ul. Kolejowa 22, 21-400 Łukow).3. Payment terms: 30 days from the date of invoice delivery. If the invoice is delivered after the order completion date, the 30-day period will be counted from the date of delivery of the invoice to the ordering party, and if the invoice is delivered before the order is completed, the deadline will be counted from the date of order completion.4. A statement from the Seller that the delivered goods are brand new and free from defects.5. Warranty required: 12 months from the date of delivery to the ordering party (POLREGIO S.A.).6.
