Subject of the proceedings: External harmony repair service from the SA134-015 vehicle: 1) External harmony repair service (cat. no. 04129622400) from the SA134-015 vehicle in accordance with the scope of repair - 1 service (value for the entire service) The harmony in question and its the damage can be inspected at the headquarters of the Ordering Party (POLREGIO S.A. Rolling Stock Maintenance Section in Lublin, ul. Gazowa 6, 20-406 Lublin), after prior arrangement of the date. Subject requirements: 1. Desired completion date: 14 calendar days from the date of submission harmony for the Contractor.2. Place of service: Contractor's headquarters.3. Transport of the harmony for repair at the expense and risk of the Contractor from the Ordering Party's headquarters (POLREGIO S.A. Rolling Stock Maintenance Section in Lublin, ul. Gazowa 6, 20-406 Lublin). Transport harmony with repairs at the expense and risk of the Contractor to the registered office of the Ordering Party (POLREGIO S.A. Rolling Stock Maintenance Section in Lublin, ul. Gazowa 6, 20-406 Lublin).4. Payment terms: 30 days from the date of invoice delivery.
