- POLREGIO S.A. Świętokrzyski Plant in Kielce invites all Contractors with knowledge and experience in the subject of the order to submit price information for the supply of a 19-cell nickel-cadmium battery - for the ED78 -029 vehicle Detailed description subject of the demand is Annex No. 2 to the inquiry. Ordering Party's requirements: 1) Form of payment: bank transfer - 30 days from the date of receipt of the invoice by the Ordering Party; 2) Delivery by the Contractor; 3) Warranty: min. 12 months.The contractor will join with delivered goods, approvals, certificates, quality certificates and other documents required by applicable standards and regulations. The Ordering Party informs that the delivery item must be brand new and no previously used ingredients have been used in its production used, processed. The contractor selected to complete the order will be obliged to submit a Declaration on the lack of grounds for exclusion - the Declaration template is available in the Attachments folder. This inquiry does not constitute an offer in within the meaning of the Civil Code. In the "Appendices" tab you will find: - GDPR information clause; - Description of the subject of the order; - Declaration to be completed and attached to the offer. Record number: AU-016847
