- POLREGIO S.A. ΕwiΔtokrzyski Plant in Kielce invites all Contractors with knowledge and experience in the subject of the order to submit price information for the supply of windshields, headlights, displays for EMUs of the EN96 type 34WE series, EN64 type 40WE and ASZ series SA139 type 223M - 40 pcs. A detailed description of the subject of the order is attached as Annex No. 2 to the inquiry. Ordering Party's requirements: 1) Payment method: bank transfer - 30 days from the date of receipt of the invoice by the Ordering Party; 2) Delivery on the side Contractor;3) Acceptance certificate 3.1. The Contractor will attach attestations, certificates, quality certificates and other documents required by applicable standards and regulations to the delivered goods. The Ordering Party informs that the delivery item is required to be: brand new, no previously used or processed components were used in its production. The contractor selected to complete the order will be obliged to submit a Declaration on the lack of grounds for exclusion - a template of the Declaration is available in the Attachments folder. This inquiry does not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Civil Code.
