Description:
POLREGIO S.A. invites Contractors with knowledge and experience in the subject of the order to submit price information for the supply of Locolub TMGG 516 grease. Contractors are asked to read the Purchase Form template located in the tab Attachments. Together with the price information, the Contractor will attach a product safety data sheet. The grease should be in the packaging: sachet dimensions: 30 mm x 100 mm, sachet thickness 1.5 cm, weight 0.454 kg. Sachets made of polyethylene foil. The grease should have the following characteristics: with the following properties and parameters: 1. thickener type - lithium;2. texture - adhesive;3. Brookfield viscosity at 2OO 0F, 3 spindles, 4 rpm - in the range of 7500÷8500 cP;4. test on a four-ball apparatus - load wear index (LWI) - in range 60÷75 kG - in accordance with ASTM D2596, ASTM D2783-03;5 standards. test on a four-ball apparatus - welding load in the range of 315÷325 kG - in accordance with ASTM D2783, ASTM D2596-03;6 standards. TIMKEN test - in the range of 35÷45 Ibs - in accordance with the ASTM standard D2509;7. protection against corrosion - in accordance with the ASTM D1743 standard. Conditions: - delivery cost on the Contractor's side, - payment within 30 days from the date of receipt of a correctly prepared invoice - product quality certificate attached to the delivery - order completion date: up to 14 days from the date of receipt of the Purchase Form.
