Delivery to 14 days from receipt of the Purchase Form, payment by transfer within 30 days from receipt of the invoice, delivery costs on the Contractor's side. Place of delivery: POLREGIO S.A. Lower Silesian Plant in WrocΕaw Plant warehouse ul. Paczkowska 26 (gray container)50-503 WrocΕawThis inquiry does not constitute an offer within the meaning of Civil Code. The Ordering Party reserves: - the right to cancel the procedure at any stage (without selecting offers) without giving a reason, - the possibility of changing the conditions of the inquiry for price information before the deadline for submitting offers.
