Description:
Subject of the procedure: Repair service of the passenger information system in the SA134-028 vehicle: 1) Repair service of the passenger information system in the SA134-028 vehicle in accordance with the scope of repair - 1 service. The necessary parts to perform the service are provided by the Contractor. The parts list is available in the attachments tab organizer. Subject requirements: 1. Desired completion date: 14 calendar days from the date the vehicle is made available to the Contractor.2. The service can be performed in the month of: December 20253. Place of service: headquarters of the ordering party (POLREGIO S.A. Rolling Stock Maintenance Section w Lublin ul. Gazowa 6, 20-406 Lublin).4. Payment terms: 30 days from the date of invoice delivery. If the invoice is delivered after the order completion date, the 30-day period will be counted from the date of delivery of the invoice to the ordering party, and in the case of delivery of the invoice before the order is completed, the deadline will be counted from the date of order completion.5. Required warranty is 12 months for the scope of work from the date of service, 12 months for replaced components from the date of service.6. Acceptance certificate required 3.1.7. Required acceptance report of the repair.8. Statement from The Contractor that the delivered goods needed to perform the service are brand new and free from defects.9. Equivalent products are allowed (but such information must be provided by the Contractor along with the quote).10. Required use of parts compliant with DSU and DTR of SA134 series vehicles.
