Description:
The subject of the order is the delivery of a computer spirometry system + 12-channel resting ECG - set. A detailed description of the subject of the order is specified in Annex No. 1 to the Request for Proposal. The scope of activities and tasks of the Contractor under execution of the subject of this contract: a) Delivery (transport, shipment insurance) of the subject of the contract to the registered office of the Ordering Party in Dęblin, ul. Szpitalna 2; b) Installation and commissioning of the subject of the contract in accordance with the offer; c) Training of the Ordering Party's employees in scope of operation of the supplied equipment. Providing staff with the knowledge that will allow them to safely use the equipment and use all its parameters and operate it in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations. The training is to be completed issuing certificates confirming obtaining the necessary skills in a given field; d) Providing the Ordering Party with the delivery of an operating manual prepared in Polish for the apparatus and equipment that is the subject of the contract, provided that the manual should be in the form of an original company publication of the manufacturer or authorized representative; e) The Contractor is obliged to provide device passports with the delivery of the equipment.
