- The subject of the order is a service consisting in the audit of the financial statements of the IDEAS Research Institute for the financial years 2025 and 2026 by an auditing company, from which the Ordering Party will receive an opinion and report of a certified auditor. Each Contractor acceding to this contract procedure is obliged to attach the following declarations and documents to the offer: 1. offer form - prepared in accordance with the template in Annex No. 1 (the document does not need to be supplemented); 2. document confirming entry on the list of entities authorized to audit financial statements, 3. declaration, that the contractor is an audit company under the Act of 11 May 2017 on statutory auditors, audit firms and public supervision, 4. declaration of the contractor (audit company) about its ability to perform the contract related to access to classified information with the "Reserved" clause, in accordance with pursuant to Article 54(10) of the Act along with a list of all persons intended to perform the contract and copies of documents regarding personal safety, 5. a paid insurance policy and, in the absence thereof, another document confirming that the Contractor is insured against civil liability with a specified value in the regulation of the Minister of Finance of November 7, 2017 on mandatory civil liability insurance of audit firms, 6. list of services provided (prepared in accordance with the template in Annex No. 3 in accordance with the template in Annex No. 3 to the Request for Quotation) bad...
