The order was divided into two separate procurement items: Item 1 DELIVERY OF 45 BRAND NEW OFFICE MONITORS Item 2 DELIVERY OF 27 BRAND NEW MOBILE COMPUTERS WITH OPERATING SYSTEM LICENSES Detailed terms and conditions implementation of each subject of the order includes draft contracts constituting attachments to the request for quotation. The Ordering Party allows the submission of partial offers. The offer should be prepared on the attached offer form. The offer should include with the company stamp and signed in person, legibly or with a name stamp by the person(s) authorized to represent the Contractor. The deadline for submitting offers is October 29, 2025, by 10:00 a.m. The prepared offer must be sent via via e-mail to the following address: arkudiasz.kulpa@kowr.gov.pl. Offers submitted to the Office will not be considered. The offer should be sent in an attached pdf file, with the following text in the title of the message: "Offer - procedure" WRO.WO.261.76.2025.MZ1, in the content of the message, if it concerns the purchase of office monitors, please enter: "DELIVERY OF 45 BRAND NEW OFFICE MONITORS" and if it concerns the purchase of portable computers, please enter: "DELIVERY OF 27 PIECES OF BRAND NEW OFFICE MONITORS" NEW MOBILE COMPUTERS WITH OPERATING SYSTEM LICENSES.
