• REQUEST FOR QUOTE: Delivery of a high-pressure washer for the needs of the Tychy - Urbanowice Sewage Treatment Plant, 43-109Tychy-Urbanowice, ul. Lokalna 14, in accordance with Annex No. 1 - Description of the Subject of the Order. The contractor is obliged to submit: an offer form, in accordance with with the template of Annex No. 2; the Contractor's declaration, in accordance with the template of Annex 2A; All documents submitted by the Contractor as part of the execution of the order must be prepared in Polish. In the case of documents prepared in a foreign language, The Contractor is obliged to submit a translation into Polish, certified by the Contractor. This procedure is conducted in accordance with the Regulations for the award of public contracts with a value below PLN 170,000.00 net, constituting Annex No. 1 to Management Board Resolution No. 170/2025 of December 15, 2025. The contractor may submit only one offer in electronic form, with a valuation of the subject of the order described in the request for quotation and within the set deadline. Unfulfillment any of the above conditions will result in the offer being rejected. The offer with the lowest price or presenting the best balance of price and other requirements/criteria described in the request for quotation is considered the most advantageous offer.
