Description:
REQUEST FOR OFFER: Delivery of impellers for KSB pumps for the needs of the Tychy-Urbanowice Sewage Treatment Plant, in accordance with Annex No. 1 - Description of the Subject of the Order. The Contractor is obliged to submit an offer form in accordance with the template of Annex No. 2. All documents submitted by the Contractor must be prepared in Polish. In the case of documents prepared in a foreign language, the Contractor is obliged to submit a translation into Polish, certified for compliance by the Contractor. These proceedings are conducted in accordance with the Regulations of RCGW S.A. in Tychy of February 6, 2024, regarding the award of orders public entities with a value below PLN 130,000.00 net. The contractor may submit only one offer in electronic form, with a valuation of the subject of the order described in the request for quotation within the specified deadline. Failure to meet any of the above-mentioned conditions will result in the offer being subject to rejection. The most advantageous offer is considered to be the offer with the lowest price or presenting the best balance of price and other requirements/criteria described in the request for quotation. Before selecting the Contractor's offer, it is allowed to negotiate the price with three Contractors who have submitted the most advantageous offers cannot be rejected. The negotiated price must be confirmed in writing by the Contractor.
