- REQUEST FOR QUOTE: Delivery of a screw compressor, in accordance with the OPZ (Appendix No. 1). The Contractor is obliged to submit an offer form in accordance with the template of Attachment No. 2. Together with the offer, the Contractor shall submit, in accordance with point. IX.1 OPZ: technical card and/or manual and/or other documents confirming the fulfillment of the requirements specified in point II of Annex No. 1 OPZ. All documents submitted by the Contractor as part of the execution of the order must be prepared in Polish. In the case of documents prepared in a foreign language, The Contractor is obliged to submit a translation into Polish, certified for compliance by the Contractor. These proceedings are conducted in accordance with the Regulations of RCGW S.A. in Tychy of February 6, 2024, regarding the award of public procurement worth below PLN 130,000.00 net. The contractor may submit only one offer in electronic form, with a valuation of the subject of the order described in the request for quotation, within the specified deadline. Failure to meet any of the above. conditions will cause the offer will be subject to rejection. The most advantageous offer is considered to be the offer with the lowest price or presenting the best balance of price and other requirements/criteria described in the request for quotation. Before selecting the offer, the Contractor is allowed to possibility of conducting price negotiations with three Contractors who submitted the most advantageous offers that cannot be rejected.
