- REQUEST FOR QUOTE: Delivery, transport and installation of videoconferencing sets, in accordance with Annex No. 1 - Description of the Subject of the Order. Details regarding the technical requirements of the subject of the order are included in Annex 1AA. Together with the offer, in accordance with with the template in Annex 2, the Contractor is obliged to submit: 1. completed Annex No. 1A - assortment and price form,2. completed form 1AA - technical specification. All documents submitted by the Contractor must be prepared in the language Polish. In the case of documents prepared in a foreign language, the Contractor is obliged to submit a translation into Polish, certified by the Contractor. These proceedings are conducted in accordance with the Regulations of RCGW S.A. in Tychy with on February 6, 2024, regarding the award of public procurement worth less than PLN 130,000.00 net. The contractor may submit only one offer in electronic form, with a valuation of the subject of the order described in the request for quotation, observing the specified deadline. Failure to meet any of the above. conditions will result in the offer being rejected. The most advantageous offer is considered to be the offer with the lowest price or presenting the best balance of price and other requirements/criteria described in the inquiry. tender.
