- Description:
- REQUEST FOR OFFER - Delivery of two charging stations for electric cars with a foundation for the Regional Water and Sewage Management Center in Tychy, in accordance with Annex No. 1 - Description of the Subject of the Order. The Contractor is obliged to submit an offer form in accordance with the template of Annex No. 2. Together with offer, the Contractor is obliged to submit the documents indicated in point 8 of the OPZ (Appendix No. 1), i.e.: Catalog card and/or additional documents confirming the fulfillment of the parameters required in points 2, 3, 4 in the description of the subject of the order (Appendix No. 1) if the catalog card does not contain them. All documents submitted by the Contractor as part of the execution of the order must be prepared in Polish. In the case of documents prepared in a foreign language, the Contractor is obliged to submit a translation into Polish, certified by the Contractor. These proceedings are conducted in accordance with with the Regulations of RCGW S.A. in Tychy of February 6, 2024, regarding the award of public contracts worth less than PLN 130,000.00 net. The contractor may submit only one offer in electronic form, with a valuation of the subject of the order described in the request for quotation, within the specified deadline. Failure to comply any of the above conditions will result in the offer being rejected. The most advantageous offer is considered to be the offer with the lowest price or presenting the best balance of price and other requirements/criteria described in the request for quotation.
