- REQUEST FOR QUOTE: Purchase of a bed for removing hydrogen sulphide from biogas, along with transport to the Tychy - Urbanowice Sewage Treatment Plant, in accordance with OPZ (Appendix No. 1). The contractor is obliged to submit: - an offer form, in accordance with the template of Annex No. 2; - an assortment and price form, in accordance with the template Annex No. 2a; - catalog card containing the product specification and its physical properties. All documents submitted by the Contractor as part of the order execution must be prepared in Polish. In the case of documents prepared in a foreign language, the Contractor is obliged to submit translation into Polish, certified by the Contractor. These proceedings are conducted in accordance with the Regulations of RCGW S.A. in Tychy of February 6, 2024, regarding the award of public contracts worth less than PLN 130,000.00 net. The contractor may submit only one offer in the form of electronically, with a valuation of the subject of the order described in the request for quotation within the specified deadline. Failure to meet any of the above. conditions will result in the offer being rejected. The most advantageous offer is the offer with the lowest price or presenting the most advantageous balance of price and other requirements/criteria described in the request for quotation. Before selecting the Contractor's offer, it is possible to negotiate the price with three Contractors who submitted the most advantageous offers that cannot be rejected.
