- REQUEST FOR QUOTE: Replacement of horizontal air terminals of the lightning protection system over the biogas tank, together with the delivery of the necessary materials, in accordance with the OPZ (Appendix No. 1). The Ordering Party will organize a site visit to the Sewage Treatment Plant at ul. Lokalna 14, 43-109 Tychy-Urbanowice. The date of the on-site visit is November 18, 2025. 10:00. Meeting point - in front of the main entrance of the Sewage Treatment Plant, ul. Lokalna 14, 43-109 Tychy-Urbanowice. Offer of the Contractor who will not participate in the on-site visit will be subject to exclusion. The person authorized to contact for the on-site inspection is Mr. PawełBuczek, tel. 32 218 01 06, e-mail: p.buczek@rcgw.pl. The contractor is obliged to submit: - the offer form, in accordance with the template of Annex No. 2; - a copy of the declaration confirming participation in the on-site visit, in accordance with the template of Annex No. 3; - catalog cards of the offered materials. This procedure is conducted in accordance with the Regulations of RCGW S.A. in Tychy of February 6, 2024, regarding the award of public procurement value below PLN 130,000.00 net. The contractor may submit only one offer in electronic form, with a valuation of the subject of the order described in the request for quotation, within the specified deadline. Failure to meet any of the above. conditions will cause that the offer will be subject to rejection. The offer with the lowest price or presenting the best balance of price and other requirements/criteria described in the request for quotation is considered to be the most advantageous offer.
