Description:
The subject of the order is the delivery of a macerator for hospital swimming pools and ducks - 1 set. A detailed description of the subject of the order is set out in Annex No. 1 to the Request for Quotation. The scope of activities and tasks of the Contractor within the performance of the subject of this contract: a) Delivery (transport, shipment insurance) the subject of the contract at the registered office of the Ordering Party in Dęblin, ul. Szpitalna 2; b) Installation and commissioning of the subject of the contract in accordance with the offer; c) Training of the Ordering Party's employees in the operation of the supplied equipment. Improving the knowledge of staff that will allow them to use the equipment safely and the use of all its parameters and its operation in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations. The training is to be completed with the issuance of certificates confirming the acquisition of the necessary skills in a given field; d) Providing the Ordering Party with an instruction prepared in Polish along with the delivery servicing of the apparatus and equipment that is the subject of the contract, and the instructions should be in the form of an original company publication of the manufacturer or authorized representative; e) The Contractor is obliged to provide device passports with the delivery of the equipment; f) The Contractor will present: together with the device, the service methodology (or service manual) referred to in §7 section 3 of the contract template (Appendix No. 3 to the Request for Quotation).
