The subject of the order is rescue protection at the facilities of MOSiR Mielec in 2026:
Part 1 Rescue protection at indoor swimming pools MOSiR Mielec sports hall at ul. Solski.
Part 2 Rescue protection at the "Smoczek" swimming pool of MOSiR Mielec at ul. Warsaw insurgents.
Hi 3 Rescue protection at MOSiR Mielec outdoor swimming pools at ul. Kusociński.
1) Rescue protection through the duties of 4 rescuers from Monday to Friday and 4 rescuers on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays in the period from January 2 to December 31, 2026:
a) Monday - Friday from 7:00 23:00

c) planned technological break from August 1 to August 31, 2026.
2) Estimated number of man-hours in a given period - approximately 16,962.
3) The Ordering Party reserves the right to limit the subject of the order in terms of quantity and establishment other days, hours of duty or cancellation of duty, for reasons beyond the Ordering Party's control, in particular economic, sanitary, technical, atmospheric reasons or other events when it is not in the interest of the Ordering Party - without any claims on the part of the Contractor.
4) W The swimming pool complex includes:
a) swimming pool with dimensions of 25x20 m,
b) training pool with dimensions of 20x8 m,
c) recreational swimming pool with a paddling pool and hydromassage bathtubs /irregular shape/ with an area of 167m2.
