The subject of the order is: Rescue protection for people swimming and bathing in the Indoor Swimming Pool in Chrzanow in the period from January 7, 2026. until December 31, 2026 and those using the Summer Swimming Pools at the Kty Sports and Recreation Center in Chrzanow in the period from June 20, 2026. until September 6, 2026 2. Names and codes orders according to the Common Vocabulary Order CPV): 75252000-7 Rescue services 3. A detailed description of the subject of the order is attached as Annex A to SWZ, a PDF file. 4. The contractor is obliged to complete the order on the terms and conditions described in the SWZ, as well as in the contract template constituting Annex No. 3 to the SWZ. 5. The contractor must offer the subject of the order in accordance with the requirements of the Ordering Party specified in the ToR. 6. The Ordering Party requires that the services - unless they are (will be) performed by a given person as part of his or her business - be performed by persons employed by the Contractor or Subcontractor based on an employment contract.7.
