1. The subject of the contract is a reservation, purchase and delivery of airline and railway ticketsfor national and foreign routes as well as reservations and purchase of hotel places, travel insurance and mediation in the process of obtaining visas for delegates of state administration units. The list of units covered by the order includes Annex 1 and 1a to SWZ.
2. Detailed way of implementationThe subject of the contract was specified in Annex 2 to SWZ - description of the subject of the contract and Annex 3 to SWZ - planned provisions of the contract.
3. As a result of the conducted proceedings, they will be concluded with the contractor of the contract on behalf of and for the entities covered by the contract (a separate contractfor each unit).
4. Information on financing or co -financing. The contracting authority informs that the order for the needs of:
1) The Digital Poland Project Center is co -financed by the European Regional Development Fund under the technical support of the Operational ProgramEuropean funds for digital development 2021-2027 and technical assistance of the European Funds program for social development 2021-2027 and from the funds of the National Plan of Reconstruction and Increased immunity, as well as from the state budget.
2) The Ministry of State Assets is co-financed from EuropeanRegional Development Fund under technical assistance for European funds 2021-2027.
