3.1. The subject of the order is: Restaurant services for children attending the School and Kindergarten Complex No. 16 in Wroclaw 3.2. Common Dictionary Zamwie: 55.52.31.00-3, 55.52.40.00-9, 55.52.00.00-1, 55.52.12.00-0.3.3. The subject of the order has not been divided into parts. The ordering party does not allows partial offers to be submitted. The Ordering Party did not divide the order into parts due to possible higher costs and lack of coordination, resulting in a serious risk of incorrect execution of the order. Dividing the task is unjustified in economic, technical and organizational terms and could will jeopardize the proper performance of the task. Submitting offers for small parts of the order could become unprofitable for the Contractors and would make it impossible to resolve the proceedings. Moreover, the lack of division of the task into smaller parts does not constitute a barrier for MP, as there are civil law possibilities for cooperation between Contractors that allow small and medium-sized entrepreneurs to carry out this task.3.4.
