The ordering party does not allows partial offers to be submitted.3.4. The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of variant offers or offers in the form of electronic catalogues.3.5. The Ordering Party requires that the person(s) carrying out activities to carry out the task (preparing and serving meals, cleaning up after meals) as well as the cooks and dietician were employed solely on the basis of an employment contract within the meaning of the provisions of the Act of June 26, 1974, Labor Code, unless they are performed by the persons concerned personally as part of their business activity on the basis of an entry in the CEIDG - min. 1 full-time job. Employment based on a contract o the work of the above-mentioned persons should continue uninterruptedly throughout the duration of the contract.
