Description:
The subject of the order is the service of performing tasks related to the 24-hour restoration of road safety conditions, consisting in cleaning the road lane in order to restore its previous condition after a road incident on the following roads: national, provincial, district, municipal and internal located in the Municipality of Wocawek, administered by the Municipal Roads and Greenery Authority in Wocawek. The order includes: 1) Scope of the task: a) securing and appropriate marking of the accident site; b) sucking out operating fluids spilled on the road as a result of the accident; c) collecting solid residues from vehicle equipment, non-biodegradable, scattered on the road area; d) washing the surface with a solution of water and an ecological surfactant or a biological agent causing the decomposition of particles of the hydrocarbon partial chain; e) taking actions to remove spilled or spilled loads carried by road users; f) collecting and temporary storage of collected liquid and solid substances and transferring them for disposal; g) securing ears...
