- Part number 1 - Purchase of power generators under the Civil Protection and Civil Defense Program for 2025-2026 "The order covers the supply of brand new generators for the Municipal Office in Leajsko. The type and parameters of the generators included in the deliveries are described in the price form constituting Annex No. 2.1 to SWZ.2. Place of delivery: Municipal Office ul. Rynek 1, 37-300 Leajsk, and the civil defense warehouse at ul. Sanowa 34, 37-300 Leajsk. The scope of the order also includes bringing the supplied equipment to the ground floor of the indicated buildings.3. The detailed scope of delivery for each part is specified in the price forms containing quantities and descriptions, which constitute appendices: No. 2.1 for lot No. 14. The minimum scope of implementation of the subject of the order is 80%. 5. The Contractor is obliged to attach documentation to the delivered items, including operating instructions in Polish, warranty cards and documents confirming compliance goods with quality standards and specifications of the order conditions, in particular a description of the subject of the order6.
