Description:
1. The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery of water rescue equipment - bottom rescuer Whaly 380 with accessories, an engine up to 30 HP and a trailer to increase the level of safety of residents of Wieliczka County, described in detail in OPZ - Annex No. 5 to SWZ.2. Delivery cost incl brought to the place indicated by the Ordering Party (i.e.: Wieliczka, ul. Powstania Styczniowego 6) is covered by the Contractor on its own. 3. The Contractor will deliver and hand over to the employee collecting the goods on the part of the Ordering Party the item covered by the order in the original packaging along with paragraph 4 documents.4. The products subject to the order must be: a) brand new; b) free from physical and legal defects; c) delivered in the manufacturer's original factory packaging; d) delivered with a set of standard user documentation in paper or electronic form if applicable;e) compliant with relevant standards and other formal requirements5.
