The subject of the order is to provide additional mobile X-ray equipment with equipment to strengthen the infrastructure necessary to implement the tasks of civil protection and civil defense. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Annex No. 1 to SWZ - Technical specification, description of the subject of the order and the contract template constituting Annex No. 3 to the SWZ. The description of the subject of the order and the contract template should be read together with any changes to the content of the SWZ, e.g. as a result of the responses to the Contractors' inquiries. The Ordering Party informs that it is applying for funding for this order. Equalization pursuant to Art. 310 Public Procurement Law The Ordering Party provides for the possibility of invalidating the contract award procedure in question if the public funds that the Ordering Party intends to allocate to finance all or part of the order are not provided to it. granted.
