Description:
The subject of the order is the implementation of the project titled: "Retrofitting the multi-profile internal medicine department with cardiology and rheumatology sub-units with modern equipment and medical devices." The Ordering Party informs that it has submitted an application for co-financing of the project under the Program National Recovery and Resilience Plan, Priority Efficiency, accessibility and quality of the health care system - grant part, Measure D1.1.1. Development and modernization of the infrastructure of highly specialized care centers and other medical entities.
Detailed description of the subject of the order is presented in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ offer,
and the detailed method of implementing the subject of the order is included in the draft contract constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ.
Task No. 1 - Electric bed with scales and anti-decubitus mattress - 5 pcs.
The subject of the order is the supply of beds electric with a scale and an anti-decubitus mattress in the amount of 5 pieces as part of the implementation of the project titled "Retrofitting the multi-profile internal medicine department with cardiology and rheumatology sub-units with modern equipment and medical devices."
