Description:
The subject of the order is to equip the Neurological Rehabilitation Department with robotic devices for rehabilitation.
A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in the annexes to the SWZ, i.e. in the product and price specifications and technical parameters.
The Ordering Party requires thatthe subject of the order was brand new, did not have any traces of use and was not subject to third party rights. The delivered subject of the order will come from current production, will be free from physical and legal defects, of good quality and admitted for trading. Moreover, nonen the item of equipment, or any of its components, will not be reconditioned, post-exhibition or previously used by another entity. In addition, the delivered subject of the order will have the approvals and certificates required by law.
