3. The scope of the order includes the supply of equipment for DCI 4K 2D digital cinema projection together with associated equipment. The scope of the order includes purchase, delivery, contribution, installation, configuration and conducting a test cinema projection using installed equipment. 4. The scope of the order also includes free service for a minimum period of 36 months from the date of receipt of the task. The service will include: a) Providing year-round service assistance in the event of equipment failure, including, if possible, remote professional assistance;b) Provision of replacement devices if it is necessary to ensure the cinema's operation;c) Remote software updates;d) Replacement of operational activities in the event of wear and tear at the contractor's expense;e) The service includes a response time of up to 24 hours from reporting a failure. 5. The delivered equipment will be installed and put into operation in the building of the Opole Cultural Center in Opole Lubelskie, located at ul. Lubelska 30.6. The Contractor's obligations include performing all necessary tasks, if necessary electrical/telecommunication connections for the installation of the supplied equipment.
